  It is my understanding Magicuts doesn't take appointment and it's a first come first serve salon. I arrived at the hair salon when Magicuts opened at 9. Upon arrival the hair dresser asked me to write my name and the current time. After waiting for the 3 people ahead of me; a new customer arrived at 9:30am with 4 kids. The hair dresser said the man had an appointment and they had to serve the man and his 4 children before they could cut my hair.

  I come from Wiarton to get haircut .where i live only a couple of hairdressers and they all give the same haircut so whether you are 17 or 70 you get the same haircut. No thanks

  Kitty does a great job. These girls work hard , never see where they get a break, between customers. And prices are great.

  Another Great Haircut ! I read some reviews of Magicuts on line today . It appears that many of you expect the person who cuts your hair to be an entertainer, a psychologist or a miracle worker. Not me....I just want a good haircut as quick as possible ! Keep up the good work!

  I read some good review on here but my experience was not a good one.. My 12 year old came in to get his hair done. He asked for a #5, and wanted it a bit longer on top and shorter on the sides. He was saying he should have gotten it shorter, and I looked at the lady and said he may want it shorter. She just checked me out. We got home, and it was uneven in the back, it did not flow. He was not happy. I ended up pulling out my own clipper set to try to even it out. We will not be back there! It was a young girl who appeared to be pleasant, but I don't feel she understood what he asked. When he asked for a #5, he was expecting her to bring out the clippers.

  I said really??? His name and the 4 kids are not on the appointment sheet. Poor communication, no offer to reconcile. Not impressed.
