    Starbucks at Thorold Stone Montrose best Starbucks in the area. Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Always get my order door on. Give them a try!!!

    This five star is specially for their customer service and to be specific this is specially for Caitlin (That's her name I believe). She will do great in any customer service oriented business.

    This location is as clean and efficient as any other Starbucks, with a friendly staff. Would bw nice if this location received Starbucks Reserve coffees to bring these to Niagara. The location, to no fault of their own, tends to be very cold inside, especially during the colder Canadian months. The thermostat is allegedly controlled by their head office and thus this is probably out of their control but makes sitting inside uncomfortable at times.
