  I didn’t have a great sales experience as my family are GM workers and I didn’t get the perk. However, the service counter has kept my business solely due to Justin Zottyl. He is transparent with any issues and talks to me at the level of knowledge I have of combustion engines. He’s never brushed my questions aside and has explained everything with detail.

  I just had my first experience with Wills. Unfortunately I had to have some hefty and unexpected work done on my 2012 Chevy Colorado. Justin from the service department was beyond amazing. He was understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am extremely impressed with his customer service skills, and how he went above and beyond to do his job to the very best. Thank you so much to Justin and your mechanics, we can now go on our family trip with peace of mind that our vehicle is safe and reliable.

  Have had service done a few times here. Have always felt like we were an inconvenience. I find it interesting that it has such high reviews. But then I realize that all those reviews are based on people who purchased there, not based on the service garage. We have chosen to drive to Hamilton to get our service done rather than return here.

  Just purchased a used 2008 Corvette from another dealer. I took it to Wills Chevrolet to get a "once over" to make sure everything was fine. Joe Smiley was my Service Advisor. He greeted me with a friendly professional demeanor from the beginning. He listened to my concerns and performed the service I requested with no pressure to do more. Their shuttle got me to and from work in a very timely manor. Even the shuttle driver was very pleasant. Great experience. I will return to Wills Chevrolet.
