  The drive through is beyond overwhelmed often. The staff appear to be busy constantly and tired from the amount of business. They do the best with what they have. The store could use another nearby to relieve the pressure of the amount of customers.

  Is there even a point of having reviews for McDonald's? Next week it could be all new staff at any given location. This one got me tonight though, waitied for them to make fresh nuggets to fill my nugget order - I got one fresh nugget and the other 9 were stale and old. That's a slap to the face.

  Great food. Service fast. But touchscreen order screens are dirty. With flu season should be cleaned more.

  Good food, but it’s too dirty. We sat at a table with ketchup and sugar all over it. We would have sat somewhere else but the other tables were no different. I don’t expect McDonald’s to have everything clean but this is unbelievable so not necessary.

  Hands down the worst McDonalds in the region. As many others, I have grown up with McDonald's and have been to different locations countless times. This particular one has consistantly given poor service and always charges me more for the same meal I always order. This particular time my order was $5-$7 more than it always is. At the first window when I inquired about it, I was given a non commital shoulder shrug of an answer. At the second window I asked for a my receipt and I was told it was in my bag... you guessed it, it wasn't in the bag. To go inside and look into it further for $5 wasn't worth my time. But this happens over and over and over again. Lucky for McDonalds it's the only one in a 10km radius. No wonder kiosks are replacing these people.
