    I could not have asked for a better experience, from the sales manager Joanne, to my sales associate Laura and Andrew who was able to inform me of all the added extras i was curious about. They answered all my questions and were able to explain everything in detail so I understood perfectly.

    Atrocious customer experience today at Grimsby Ford. I had booked in a service appointment on Saturday for an issue with my vehicle turning off randomly while driving, which I was assured by the appointment coordinator was something they would look on that Saturday. I then arrived at the dealership to drop off my car for the booked appointment time, I was ignored on check in for some time and once I was able to get an advisor to acknowledge me and check me in they told me very rudely that they could not work on the issue my car was having today or any Saturday because they do not have adequate staff on Saturdays to do diagnostics. And they acted like it was my fault for not knowing that, even though I called more than a week in advance and was booked in for this issue. At this point they told me that I need to book in during the week and they would look at the car, but I let them know my work schedule does not allow me to come in on week days which is why I booked for a Saturday apt. Instead of honoring the appointment booked or being flexible and willing to work with me and my schedule they said that I should go somewhere else instead of their dealership (from which I live a couple blocks away). Well it worked, I am going to take my business to a dealership that has consideration and professionalism and I suggest other local residents do the same.

    Just wanted to share a great experience I recently had at Grimsby Ford, More specifically with a salesman named Steve. He never pushed me to buy, he just educated me on the vehicles and tried to find the best fit for me. Felt like he was a good friend giving great advice instead of a salesman. I recommend talking to Steve if you want professional and great guidance in buying you next car!!!
