  1 - PRISON shower stalls - get with the times, put some stalls in for privacy. Bad enough the soap dispensers are always empty and you have to walk around wet and naked from shower head to shower head hoping to find soap - feels like a prison not a nice gym.

  Open 24hrs - night staff is great. If you have any issues or questions he's always there to help.

  My advice- Spend $100 and invest in small towels to keep at each cardio & weight station as well as a spray bottle at each. Have someone on staff fill the bottle once every couple of hours and wipe equipment every now and then as well- shows the management cares about cleanliness. This will cut down on your paper towel cost as well to launder the towels in house. Before the end of each shift - spend 5 minutes cleaning change rooms and picking up trash off the ground and and in the lockers and give the lockers a wiper where ppl leave trash and dirty shoes. Just because its an old gym doesn't mean the members paying dues that are in line with better gyms do not deserve to feel like no one cares. And lastly, most negative reviews on here are not even answered by management - translation "we don't care"

  5 - change rooms are un-kept, common to see the same crumpled up paper towels in your locker for days/weeks on end.

  This place has a ton of great equipment and an amazing cardio section. They have a lot of great machines in the upper level as well. However, their basic equipment like the benches and cable machines downstairs are outdated. I would expect better benches for $40 a month. Other than that it's a really nice place and the Change rooms are very well kept.

  Fairly clean facility, machines are not repaired quickly though. Friendly and helpful staff.

  3 - 2 paper towel dispensers (often left empty while employees at front counter play on their phones)

  4 - 1 spray bottle for every 5 or 6 cardio machines (users wont bother to keep machines clean when its inconvenient to do so)

  Beautiful gym. Only improvements would be a pool and a hot yoga studio
