    I visited this store many times while rebuilding my 1988 Jeep Comanche. Had what I needed plus a few neat extras. Alway nice to Me.

    can i give a zero? i have shopped in the store quite often, and i will NEVER shop there again. this morning (friday 16 june), the cashier DANIELLE was rude and sarcastic with me. i had approached her politely and cheerfully, which i always try to be because i know how difficult retail can be. when i was at the counter (the only one open) i could see the till wasn't ready .. there was no paper in it (why not, one could ask, first thing in the morning before the store is busy?). danielle was off to the side somewhere but she came to the till and i asked -- politely -- whether she $10 would cover it, as i was in a hurry, with a train to catch. i didn't really have time to wait as she put paper in the till (she moves very slowly, which is fine if the customer doesn't have a train to catch). she replied, sarcastically, "well i'm SORRY." i told her fine, but i needed to catch a train and could i just plunk down 10 bucks and be gone. a colleague stepped in to help her get the prices and the whole thing was just very unpleasant. when i got to work (in toronto, so this was hours later) i called and asked for the manager, whose name is SARAH. in my experience, managers want to hear what customers have to say, especially when the customer has gone to the trouble of phoning them up to share their rotten experience. not so here! sarah told me she had been standing right there (turns out she was the helpful, pleasant colleague who had jumped in to help danielle). and she proceeded to tell me that **i** was in the wrong ... that danielle had run off crying afterward. look, none of us ever knows what is going on in people's lives, but wow, that seems like an astounding over-reaction. in any case, sarah the manager had absolutely no interest in hearing what i had to say. i do wish the whole exchange in the store this morning had been video'd, because images and audio don't lie. it was just such an upsetting and disappointing experience ... made worse when manager can see no fault except on the part of the customer. anyway, when i see the other google reviews here, with a single measly star (because i have found out ZERO stars, or negative stars, are not possible) and very negative comments, i know others have come away feeling the same as me .. that my experience is not unique or even unusual. and btw, when sarah the manager told me on the phone that it was all my fault and mine alone, i asked her whether she had seen the google reviews of her shop. her reply? she actually said she **couldn't care less about what people were saying** in their reviews on google. and there you have it. nothing could capture any better the attitude toward customer service than the comments ... and head in the sand .. of the manager herself. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

    Online items delivered accordingly...When asking for assistance, employees do their best to help. The only downfall no home delivery for large items.
