    Got order somewhat correct, no real issues. Friendly and professional employees. Clean exterior.

    Ordered a small meal with Poutine twice in a row. Gave everything except a fork, I don't know how they expect me to eat my Poutine. So better check before you take off from the drivethru window.

    The employee told me that it's because of their "service times" and there'd be an issue if someone came behind me. I was going to try to reason with her and offer to move if someone came, but she rudely shut the window on me mid-sentence, and went to tell the manager. Then for about 15 seconds, the manager just glared at me from her position inside, about 30 feet away, while a couple of the employees laughed like I was being absurd or something.

    So when the manager finally came over, she opens the window and just says, "Hi". After a silent pause where I expected her to continue talking, I ask if she's come to tell me to move. She asks me to repeat what I said. I do, and she acts like she can't understand me again. So, at this point, I'm a little impatient, so I just ask "what?" She says, "I said 'hi.'" So I reciprocate, and after all that, she just tells me to move forward.

    Last weekend, I went through the Wendy's drive-thru just before midnight. I ordered nuggets, and the employee mentioned over the intercom that it would be about 5 minute wait, which I was fine with.

    This was definitely one of the dumbest situations I've ever had to deal with at any fast food place. Rather than listening to what I was saying, I was just dismissed and laughed at by the staff. I really don't think I was being unreasonable, and I wasn't looking to get in an argument over it. I just wanted to get my food and be on my way. For the most part, I can make peace with poor customer service from younger employees (you can't really expect much), but when managers start being jerks, I'll take my business elsewhere.

    Tried to give the guy a 20 dollar bill for a 99 cent frosty. Ok sure... it's a bit much. But I didn't have change so my other resort would have been debit. The guy serving at drive through window gave me an extremely sour, dirty look as if he wasn't gonna take the 20. I said thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.... I got an eyeroll in return. As I was pulling away I said thank you, have a good night and the window shut. Yup sorry to cramp your night. In other words, this wendys has HORRIBLE customer service skills :)

    This Wendy’s is my preferred Wendy’s in the area. Always hot and fresh and never screw up your drive-thru order. Overall very satisfied.

    At this point, with what I can only assume was the manager being purposefully rude, and the staff all laughing behind her, I no longer trusted that they'd handle my food properly and I asked for my money back. The manager handed it to me with an attitude-laden, "Have a good day," and I left.

    When I pulled up to the window, I paid and was told to pull forward. Since it was late, and there wasn't another person or vehicle in sight, I asked if I could just stay at the window. I've been in this situation at Wendy's before, and they've completely forgotten to bring out my food. Rather than risk dealing with that again, I didn't see any issue with me waiting at the window.
